youngSCS is very happy to invite you to an industry visit to Climeworks!
Climeworks is a Swiss company specialized in Direct Air Capture. It was founded in 2009 as a spin-off from ETH Zürich and since then developed proprietary technology, such as sorbent materials, to filter CO2 directly from the air.
During the visit, we will learn how the Direct Air Capture process works and what chemistry and engineering it involves. The visit will entail a presentation of the company, connecting with experts as well as visiting the innovation center and labs. Join us for a look behind the scenes of one of the most discussed climate technologies.
